My order is due for delivery today, what time will it be delivered?
Your order will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm, unless a delivery time was selected at the time of checkout.

Why can't I log into my account?
If you are experiencing problems logging into your account first check that the email address and password you are using is correct. What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?
If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
How secure is buying over the web?
Buying over the Internet can be extremely secure but depends on the website that you are buying from. If I want to buy something from you, is my credit card number safe from hackers?
During and after the checkout process your credit card details are encrypted, once you reach the screen where you enter your details you are on our secure server. After your order is placed your credit card details are then encrypted again to prevent anyone accessing them.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept payment via the following methods :- Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, UK Visa Debit, Electron, UK Debit Mastercard, including Mastercard Corporate, Business and Purchasing cards, BACS transfer, wire transfer, Cheque by post (and cleared) and Finance via our IT Security Warehouse scheme.
Can you ship my order to my work address?

Can I call you to place an order?
Although we prefer that you place your order via our website, telephone orders can be placed through our Mail-Order department. The telephone lines are primarily provided for support purposes. If however you can't find the Item that you need please do call us and we will assist you in placing your order. Please note however that prices published on our website cannot be offered for Mail-Order.
