Order / Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as we receive your order we will confirm its receipt via an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provide us with. The order confirmation will include details on the products ordered, pricing including shipping costs and taxes. When the product is ready to ship we will provide a further e-mail to notify you which will also include a full invoice.
Delivery Policy:
When accepting your order, the Company will send you the expected time of delivery together with a link to the courier's website (if applicable), and a parcel number, so that you can track your order. All deliveries must be signed for.
The Company does its best endeavours to meet the expected delivery times. However, deliveries are made by third parties and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the Company's control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. The Company will make every effort to keep you informed in that respect.
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence), nor shall any delay entitle you to terminate or rescind the purchase of the Goods, unless such delay exceeds 90 days.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping address / special instructions:
We ship products from Monday to Friday to either your home or other address specified e.g. your work address. When placing the order you also have the option of providing us with any special delivery instructions, e.g. ‘On delivery please call IT services on ext 212 and ask for Steve or Joe’.
Shipping times:
Shipping times vary depending on service chosen and your shipping location. For goods that are in stock, orders received before 13:00 are shipped the same day. Items not in stock are typically shipped in two to three working days.
Returns Policy:

Goods Are Faulty On Arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement. Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement. Goods Become Faulty During Use
If your goods become faulty after delivery, we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved. For example in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience.
Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them. In most cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable.
Goods Not As Ordered:

Goods Or Order Duplicated:

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind:
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 3 days.You may not cancel any goods ordered from us or return any goods where any software license has been ordered or supplied to you. If we collect the goods from you, we may charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish deduct this from your refund)
The Goods shall be at your risk from the time of delivery. You (and/or any person taking possession of the Goods on your behalf) shall be responsible to inspect the conditions and quantity of the Goods, upon collecting them. The acceptance of the Goods at the delivery point shall be deemed to be a confirmation of the condition of the Goods and of your acceptance of the Goods at such condition. The Company does its best to ensure that you receive your order undamaged. The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods, unless you give a written notice to the Company of the non-delivery within 7 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time [or issuing a credit note] for the applicable amounts.
